点阵CO2激光修复痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果

目的 分析对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者应用点阵CO2激光修复的效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年 2月我院收治的118例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组59例。对照组采用激光磨削 术治疗，观察组采用点阵CO2激光治疗，比较两组瘢痕面积、痤疮瘢痕患者权重评分（ECCA）及并发 症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后瘢痕面积小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后 ECCA评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为1.69%，低于对照组的 15.25%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 点阵CO2激光修复痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果良好，能够有效 缩小患者的瘢痕面积，减轻痤疮瘢痕严重程度，且修复后不良反应发生风险较低，应用安全性较高。

Effect of CO2 Fractional Laser in Repairing Depressed Acne Scars

Objective To analyze the effect of CO2 fractional laser in repairing depressed acne scars. Methods A total of 118 patients with depressed acne scars admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 59 patients in each group. The control group was treated with laser grinding, and the observation group was treated with CO2 fractional laser. The scar area, Echelle d''Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d''Acne (ECCA) and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scar area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the ECCA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.69%, which was lower than 15.25% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion CO2 fractional laser is effective in repairing depressed acne scars, which can effectively reduce the scar area of patients and reduce the severity of acne scars. Meanwhile, the risk of adverse reactions after repair is low and the application safety is high.
