心理护理在口腔颌面部骨折患者中的应用效果

目的 探析口腔颌面部骨折患者应用心理护理的效果及对其心理状态、生活质量和面部美观度的 影响。方法 选取我院2022年1月-2023年12月收治的口腔颌面部骨折患者102例为研究对象，按随机数字 表法分为对照组和观察组，各51例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理，比较 两组心理状态、生活质量、面部美观度及护理满意率。结果 观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组 （P＜0.05）；观察组干预后生活质量各维度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后PES评分高于对照 组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意率为98.04%，高于对照组的86.27%（P ＜0.05）。结论 针对口腔颌面部患 者，采取心理护理可有效改善其负性情绪及面部美观度，提升患者生活质量，且患者满意度较高。

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Fractures

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures and its influence on their psychological state, quality of life and facial aesthetics. Methods A total of 102 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological state, quality of life, facial beauty and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the PES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.04%, which was higher than 86.27% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures, psychological nursing can effectively improve their negative emotions, improve the facial aesthetics and quality of life, and patients'' satisfaction is high.
