延续性护理模式在深Ⅱ度烧伤患者院外抗瘢痕形成管理中的应用

目的 探究在深Ⅱ度烧伤患者院外抗瘢痕形成管理中实施延续性护理模式的应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月-2023年8月本院收治的50例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，各25例。对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组采用延续性护理方式，对比两组自我管理能力、生活质量、瘢痕形成情况、心理状况及瘢痕增生发生率。结果 观察组自我管理能力评分为（14.02±0.26）分，高于对照组的（9.16±0.56）分（P ＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分为（82.12±1.51）分，高于对照组的（56.12±1.21）分（P＜0.05）；观察组VSS评分、心理状况评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组瘢痕增生发生率为8.00%，低于对照组的25.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 在深Ⅱ度烧伤患者抗瘢痕形成管理中实施延续性护理模式效果确切，能够提高自我管理能力和心理状况，降低疼痛程度，改善瘢痕状况，提高生活质量。

Application of Continuous Nursing Mode in the Management of Outside the HospitalAnti-scar Formation for Patients with Deep Second Degree Burn

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing mode in the management of out-of-hospital antiscarformation in patients with deep second-degree burns. Methods A total of 50 patients with deep second-degree burns admittedto our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number tablemethod, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group wastreated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing. The self-management score, qualityof life, scar formation, psychological status and scar hyperplasia incidence were compared between the two groups. Results Theself-management ability score of the observation group was (14.02±0.26) scores, which was higher than (9.16±0.56) scores ofthe control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was (82.12±1.51) scores, which was higher than(56.12±1.21) scores of the control group (P <0.05). The VSS score and psychological status score of the observation group werebetter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of scar hyperplasia in the observation group was 8.00%, which waslower than 25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing mode in the managementof anti-scar formation in patients with deep second degree burn is effective, which can improve self-management ability andpsychological status, reduce pain degree, improve scar condition and improve quality of life.
