人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄老人股骨颈骨折68例临床分析

目的:探讨高龄老年股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术治疗的临床效果。方法:采用我国髋关节置换效果评定标准,回顾性分析68例高龄老年人股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术的临床资料。结果:68例患者术后切口均为一期甲级愈合。随访3～12个月。优良52例,很好4例,好3例,尚可3例,差2例。4例术后死于冠心病、脑血管意外。结论:高龄老年人股骨颈骨折采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,是简单、安全、有效的方法。

Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture Displacement Operation of 68 High-aged Old Cases

Objective:To explore the treatment effects of artificial femoral head displacement operation for 68 high-aged old cases.Methods:We adopted the national effect assess standards for the hip joint displacement.The clinical data of 68 cases'artificial femoral head displacement operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The incision of 68 cases all are first best intention.They were followed-up for 3～12 months(average 6 months).52 cases are best good,4 cases are better good,3 cases are good,3 cases are feasible,3 cases are not good,4 cases died of coronary disease and/or cerebrovascular accident after operation.Conclusion:The femoral neck fracture for high-aged old people who adopted the treatment of artificial femoral head displacement operation is a simple,safe and effective method.
