住院精神病人猝死对照研究

目的：探讨影响住院精神病患者猝死的因素及特征。方法：采用回顾性查阅病历的方法登记近十年20例猝死患者，并与同期住院的非死亡患者（20例）作对照，定量观察猝死前一个月抗精神病药的平均日剂量及不良用药方式，躯体营养状况恶化率，心电图异常率。结果：猝死患者的躯体营养状况恶化率及心电图异常率均显著高于对照组（P＜0．01或P＜0．05），抗精神病平均日剂量比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05），但不良用药方式成为诱发猝死的重要因素。结论；正确使用抗精神病药，减少对心肌的不良影响，加强躯体状况的改善，对减少猝死发生率有一定的积极意义。

A control study on the sudden death of psychiatric patients.

Objective To explore the related factors that affect the sudden death of psychiatric patients. Methods Twenty psychiatric patients of sudden death were compared with 20 non - death patients during the same period on the daily average dosage of antipsychotic drugs, the condition of nutriture and the abnormal rate of ECG before one month of sudden death. Results There was not obvious difference between the daily average dosages of antipsychotic drugs in the two groups. But the condition of nutriture and the abnormal rate of ECG in patients of sudden death were worse and higher than that in the non - death patients. Using antipsychotic drugs irregularly could induce sudden death. Conclusion Using antipsychotic drugs correctly and improving the condition of nutriture in patients are two important factors for decreasing the rate of sudden death.
