| 摘 要： | 为观察氟中毒大鼠心电图变化及其Ｓｅ的影响，两组Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠饮用１．５８、２．６３ｍｇ／Ｌ高Ｆ＾－水，另两组鼠饮高Ｆ＾－水加饲０．０２５ｍｇ／ｋｇＳｅ饲料，在实验前及实验４、８、１２个月进描记心电图。结果两组大鼠随摄氟时间延长Ｔ波降低，Ｑ－Ｔ间期缩短。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the effect of selenium and electrocardiogram (ECG) of the rats with fluorosis, 40 wistar rats were fed with normal fodder and high concentration NaF water(1. 58,2. 63 mg/L fluorine,F) ,at the same time,40 wistar rats were fed with selenite fodder(0. 25mg/kg selenium ,Se)and high F water for 12 months,ECG was taken before experiment and after experiment for 4,8, 12 months. The results showed that there were a decrease of T wave and a shortness of Q-T interval in the rats with fluorosis during the different period of fluorosis,an increase of T wave and a prolongation of Q-T interval were observed in the Se supplementation of the rats with fluorosis. The abnormal cause of ECG by F and the mechanism of protection for Se in the rats with fluorosis were discussed in the paper. |
