东菱克栓酶治疗老年急性进展性脑梗死的临床报告

目的 观察东菱克栓酶对老年急性进展性脑梗死治疗的临床疗效。方法 对39例急性进展性脑梗死(ACI)病人采用东菱克栓酶(克栓酶)治疗,并观察血浆纤维蛋白原、临床疗效,同时与32例低分子右旋糖酐(低右)治疗者进行比较。结果 对老年ACI克栓酶治疗后能快速阻止局限性脑缺血症状的进展,神经功能改善明显优于低右组,血浆纤维蛋白原及死亡率显著低于低右组,不增加梗死后出血发生率。结论 克栓酶是治疗老年人急性进展性脑梗死快速有效且安全的药物。

Clinical study of the therapy of acute progressive cerebral infarction with Defibrin.

Objective To observe the clinical effecf of Defibrin(DF-521) in treatment of senile acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty-nine cases of acute progressive cerebral infarction were treated with Defibin and the plasma fibrinogen .clinical effect were observed and compared with the other 32 cases treated with low molecular dextran. Results Defibrin employed in treatment of senile acute progressive cerebral infarction could stop rapidly the progression of the symptomsdue to local cerebral ischemia and improve the neurological function,lower the level of plasma fibrinogen and death rate,which were superior to low molecular dextran significantly. The hemorrhagic incidence were not increased.Conclusion Defibrin is a rapid,effective and safe medicine to treat senile acute progressive cerebral infarction.
