| 摘 要： | 目的对2009年1—8月佳木斯地区手足口病病例进行病原体检测。方法临床诊断为手足口病病例的咽拭子标本357份,分别使用PE通用、CA16和EV71型的特异引物进行RT-PCR检测。结果总肠道病毒阳性率为18.50%,CA16阳性率为4.80%,EV71阳性率为5.30%。阳性率较高的年龄为2～5岁,男性略多于女性。结论分子生物学方法可用于手足口病的病原体检测、EV71和CAl6分型,对手足口病的监测及防控具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective]To conduct pathogen detection of hand,foot and mouth disease in Jiamusi Area from January to August of 2008.Methods]Totally 357 specimens of pharynx swAbs of clinically diagnosed hand,food and mouth diseases patients were collected.
