| 摘 要： | 目的探讨带血管蒂上斜方肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后颊部缺损的手术配合方法.方法对10例采用带血管蒂的上斜方肌皮瓣即刻修复颊癌术后颊部缺损手术病例进行回顾性分析,总结其手术配合方法及要点.结果患者术后肌皮辩全部成活,咀嚼功能正常,面部外形好.结论带血管蒂上斜方肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后缺损术是一种可靠的面部缺损整复手术,良好的手术配合是手术成功的关键.
