| 摘 要： | 随着我国肥胖和糖尿病发病率的不断增加，对于发病机制的研究也日益加深，其中游离脂肪酸在肥胖和胰岛素抵抗的发生中发挥重要作用，本就游离脂肪酸在骨骼肌、肝脏、脂肪组织中作用的分子机制阐述其代谢产物在糖脂代谢紊乱中的重要作用。
