缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的光凝治疗

摘    要:[目的]观察氩激光视网膜光凝(Panrentinalphotocoagulation,PRP)治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效。[方法]根据眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)结果,对确诊为缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的46例46眼进行氩激光视网膜光凝治疗,光凝后每2周复查眼底,每3个月复查FFA,并随诊观察6个月~2年。[结果]本组46眼经视网膜光凝后39眼有效,总有效率为84.8%,光凝治疗后视力提高7眼,占15.2%;33眼视力不变,占71.7%,视力下降6眼,占13.1%。[结论]氩激光视网膜光凝术治疗治疗缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞是安全、有效的。

Abstract:[Objective] Observing and evaluating the clinical effects of panretinal photocoagulation with Argon laser for ishchemic type of central retinal vein occlusion.[Methods] According to the results of fundus fluores- cence angiography(FFA),panretinal photocoagulation with Argon laser were performed on 46 eyes (46 cases)of ishchemic type of central retinal vein occlusion.After photocoagulation, examination about fundus condition were carried out every 3 months, FFA was performed every two weeks. The vegular following up lasted for 6 months to 2 years.[Results] Laser photocoagulation was proved effective in 39 eyes (84.8%) with ishchemic type of central retinal vein occlusion. The visual acuity was improved in 7 eyes ( 15. 2%), no changes in 33 eyes (71.7%), decrease in 6 eyes (13.1%).[Conclusion] Panretinal photocoagulation with Argon laser is a safe and effective method to treat ishchemic type of central retinal vein occlusion.
