复方金银花提取液抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒的实验研究

本文通过细胞培养的方法对复方金银花进行了药物的抗ＨＳＶ１敏感性实验并同无环鸟苷和盐酸吗啉胍进行了对比观察，同时测定了培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶的活力，定量地分析了各种药物抑制ＨＳＶ１对指示细胞的感染和对细胞的保护作用。实验结果表明：复方金银花的抗病毒效果和对靶细胞的保护作用优于无环鸟苷和盐酸吗啉胍，但其作用机理尚有待于进一步研究。

Effection of Flos Lonicerae Co solution Against Herpes Simplex Virus 1 in vitro

In this paper,we studied the effect of Flos Lonicerae Co solution against herpes simplex virus 1(HSV 1)compared with 0 1% Acyclovir(ACV) and 4% moroxyaine(ABOB) by cell culture.The reults showed:Flos Lonicerae Co solution inhibited HSV 1 infection directly and protect the target cells Effects were better than that of ACV and ABOB.After Hela cells were infected by HSV 1 for two hours,the drugs were added in cell tubes and cultured for 120 hours,LDH in culture medium was measured.The average activity of LDH in Flos Lonicerae Co.,ACV,ABOB and normal control groups were lower than that of viral group signigicantly,in which the average activity of LDH in Flos Lonicerae Co solution was the lowest.
