社区医生慢性阻塞性肺疾病知识调查分析

目的了解我区社区内科医生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）基本知识、规范治疗及继续教育情况,以及社区卫生服务中心对COPD患者教育和管理情况。方法采用无记名问卷调查的方法对我区23个社区卫生服务中心共79名内科医生进行问卷调查。结果分别有23%和47%的受调查者将COPD与慢性支气管炎和（或）阻塞性肺气肿及支气管哮喘概念混淆。34%的受调查者采用吸入支气管舒张剂和糖皮质激素,80%的受调查者曾阅读《指南》,66%的受调查者在调查前1年没参加过一次COPD讲座和会议。7家社区卫生服务中心有COPD患者的管理资料,其中2家有健康教育,2家配备肺功能仪。结论社区医生需要更多的学习机会加强继续教育,社区卫生服务中心需要更加重视COPD,包括配备肺功能仪及加强COPD患者的管理和教育。

An analysis of the survey data on chromic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)knowledge in community physicians

Objective Toevaluate the basic knowledge ofchromic obstructive pulmonarydisease（COPD）,the standardization of treatment and the continuing education in community physicians and health education,management in community service center of Fangshan.Methods The survey investigated a total of 23 community health service centers in Fangshan.A no-name questionnaire was completed by totally 79 doctors.Results Among the people investigated,23% and 47% of them have misconnected COPD with chronic bronchitis,（or）chronic obstructive emphysema and bronchial asthma.34% chose inhaled glucocorticoids and bronchodilator as daily drug for persistent COPD and 80% had read COPD guidelines.Over the past year,66% of the respondents did not participate in any COPD-related meetings or seminars.There were only 7 community service center collected part of the registration data for COPD patients and only 2 conducted health education seminars for COPD patients during the past year,and 2 with a pulmonary function instrument.Conclusion Community physicians need to be provided more continuing education opportunities and education should be strengthened.The community service center need to put emphasis on COPD,including installation of pulmonary function instruments,better management and education of COPD patients.
