针药并用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎50例疗效观察

探讨针炙结合药物治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法]将100例膝关节骨性关节炎随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各50例,治疗组采用针炙结合自拟方口服治疗,并以药渣复煎熏洗患膝,对照组采用透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,疗程均为1个月,比较其临床疗效。结果]卡方检验分析治疗组总有效率91.9%,与对照组疗效相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论]中医针药结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效及显著的镇痛、抗炎作用,且副作用小,值得临床推广。
