山东省高校特困生与非特困生经济来源与消费结构

目的 了解山东省高校特困生与非特困生消费结构现状，为研究高等教育后勤保障对策以及引导大学生合理消费提供依据。方法 采用分层随机整群抽样方法，调查了山东省6所高校在校专科、本科生共1418名。结果 特困生占13％。在经济来源上，特困生与非特困生在家庭来源、贷款、勤工助学、社会资助、减免学费等方面差异有显性。在消费结构上，两组差异具有显性的为学校额外收费、伙食费，社交娱乐，通讯，电脑及上网费用、购买衣服费用和参加辅导班费用。结论 应进一步完善大学生资助体系，制定合理的对策与措施，以保障大学生的身心健康和完成学业。

A Comparative Study on Economic Sources and Consumption Structure between Poverty-stricken and Non-poverty-stricken Students of Colleges and Universities in shandong

Objective To understand the current situation of consumption structure of poverty-stricken and non-poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities of Shandong province and provide the bases for developing the logistics support countermeasure and for guiding rational consumption of students in higher education. Methods A stratified cluster random sample of 1418 junior college and university students was drawn from 6 colleges or universities in Shandong province. Results Among students surveyed, 13% was the poverty-stricken. In economic sources, there were significant differences on family supply, the loan, work-study programme, social aid, tuition reduction and exemption between non- and poverty-stricken students. In terms of consumption structure, there were significant differences on campus additional charges, board expenses, the expenses for sociability and entertainment, communications, computer application and Internet use, and the fees for buying clothes and joining in coaching class. Conclusions In order to ensure physical and mental health of students and completion of their studies, it is important to further perfect the student aid system and take reasonable measures.
