护士岗位管理的探索与实践

摘    要:目的对护士进行岗位管理,以期加强护理队伍科学管理。方法以护士分层管理为切入点,密切结合责任制整体护理,通过实行病房分级分类管理,在岗位设置、人力配置、护士培训、绩效考核等方面进行科学的探索与实践。结果实施护士岗位管理后,未发生一例护理重大差错事故,患者满意度保持在95.00%以上;医生对护士工作满意度达到98.20%;护士对自身工作满意度达到94.80%;护士每年离职率仅在1.00%左右。结论护士岗位管理是目前护理工作发展的现实需要,为建立优质护理服务长效机制奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective Carrying out the post management for the nurses, so as to enhance the scientific management of nursing team. Methods Taking the nurses hierarchical management as the entry point and closely integrating with responsibility holistic care, the method of ward hierarchical classification management was adopted. Scientific exploration and practice were also carried out on aspects of job setting, staffing, nurse training as well as performance appraisal, etc. Results No nursing major error accident was occurred after the application of nursing post management, and the patient satisfaction was over 95.00%. The doctors'satisfaction with nurses was 98.20%, the nurses J job satisfaction increased to 94.80%, the annual turnover rate of nurses decreased to about 1.00%. Conclusion Nursing post management is a reality need of the nursing development and lays a foundation for the establishment of long - term mechanism of high - quality nursing care.
