| 摘 要： | 目的对2005—2008年茂名市麻疹、风疹疑似病例进行IgM抗体检测，为风疹、麻疹的诊断提供依据。方法采用抗体捕捉酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测血清标本中的麻疹和风疹抗体。结果麻疹IgM抗体总阳性率为69．20％，风疹IgM抗体总阳性率为3．6％。麻疹IgM阳性者中，0-9岁年龄组人数最多，占81．85％（708／865）。风疹IgM阳性者中，10—19岁年龄组人数最多，占82．22％（37／45）。不同性别人群麻疹、风疹IgM阳性无统计学意义。在茂名地区，2005、2006年6～7月出现麻疹流行小高峰，2007年6月到2008年6月麻疹持续流行近一年。结论保持疫苗高质量的常规免疫，适时开展强化免疫，加大强化的力度，加强实验室的检测，是控制麻疹、风疹的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect IgM antibody to measles and rebulla in population of Maoming City in 2005-2008 . Methods IgM antibody was measured by IgM -capture ELISA in all suspected measles and rebulla cases between 2005- 2008. Results The overall positive rate of IgM to measles and rebulla were 69.20%and 3.60%. The positive rate of IgM antibody to measles was the highest in age of 0-9 years （81.85%）,while the positive rate of IgM antibody to rubella was the highest in the age group of 10-19 years （82.22%）. Conclusion The conventional vaccination be maintained and intensified vaccination be performed to control the prevalence of measles and rubella.. |
