男性酒渣鼻患者血清睾酮及雌二醇的检测

目的探讨血清睾酮及雌二醇的水平在男性酒渣鼻发病中的作用。方法采用放射免疫法对47例男性酒渣鼻患者血清睾酮、雌二醇进行了测定,并以25例正常男性作为对照。结果患者组睾酮、雌二醇与正常对照组比较差异无显著性,但21例伴皮脂溢出症者,睾酮明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),血清睾酮浓度的升高幅度与酒渣鼻病程及分期无明显的相关性。结论血清睾酮浓度的升高是伴皮脂溢出症的男性酒渣鼻患者的重要原因。

Detection on Serum Level of Testosterone and Estradiol in Male Patients with Rosacea

Objective To measure the serum level of testosterone and estradiol in male patients with rosacea.Methods The serum level of testosterone and estradiol were measured with radio immunoassay in 47men with rosacea.25healthy subjects were selected as control.Results No significant difference was found in the serum level of testosterone and estradiol between the patients and normal controls(P>0.05), but the serum level of testosterone was significantly higher in 21 patients with seborrhea than that of controls(P<0.05). And no relativity was found between the serum level of testosterone and phase of the disease.Conclusion The study indicates that the increase of the serum level of testosterone may be mainly related to the male rosacea patients with seborrhea.
