摘    要:原发性高血压(EH)是遗传和环境因素相互作用所致的多因素疾病,对其基因机制的研究有助于从分子水平探讨EH的发病机制.近年来对于EH候选基因多态性的研究逐渐增多,本文即对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)基因多态性与EH之间的关系的研究进展作一综述.

Abstract:Essential hypertension(EH) is a complex disorder resulting from interaction of genetic and environmental factors.Identify its genetic basis is important in understanding the molecular mechanisms of EH.Recently,more and more candidate genes have been found.This review is to discuss the highlight current studies of the association between the gene polymorphisms of renin-angiontensin-aldosterone system and EH.
