| 摘 要： | 文章从神经机制的调节、脑血流量、免疫系统、脑细胞凋亡、抑制自由基生成、调节NO和ET、抗肿瘤坏死因子、保护脑源性神经营养因子等方面阐释了针灸对急性期脑缺血保护作用的可能机理,提出了目前针灸在该领域研究存在的问题及解决办法。

| Abstract: | From the regulation of neuromechanism,cerebral blood flow,immune system,cerebral cell apoptosis,resisting production of free radicle and so on,the paper expounded the possible mechanism that acupuncture could take a protective action to acute cerebral ischemia.Some problems in studies and their solved ways were discussed in the paper. |
