改良森田疗法治疗精神分裂症临床试验研究

目的　探讨改良森田疗法对精神分裂症的治疗和社会康复作用。方法　将精神分裂症患者随机分为改良森田疗法合并药物组(NMG) 和一般药物治疗组( DTG) ,分别于疗前、3 个月、6 个月用简明精神病量表(BPRS) 、阴性症状量表(SANS) 及社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS) 评定其疗效。结果　(1) 疗后两组BPRS 减分率无显著差异,然而BPRS 中焦虑抑郁项目减分率NMG 较DTG 改善为著。(2)NMG 在第3 个月时SANS 减分率较DT 改善明显,在第6 个月时差异更具显著性。(3)疗程结束后SDSS 减分率NMG 比DTG 改善极显著。结论　改良林田疗法合并药物治疗更能有效地改善精神分裂症的症状和促进其社会康复。

A clinical study oneffects of Neo Morita therapy in thetreatment of schizophrenia

Objective To study the treatment efficacy of schizophrenia with Neo Morita therapy .Method The patients with schizophrenia were divided into Neo Morita therapy combined with drug therapy group (NMG) and drug therapy group(DTG).Both groups were treated for 6 months, and surveyed with BPRS, SANS, and SDSS before the treatment, 3 months later,6 months later. Result (1) The decrease rates of BPRS score in two groups were not obviously different but the amelioration rate of anxiety and depression in NMG was more obvious than DTG.(2)The decrease rate of SANS total score in NMG was more obvious than in DTG 3 months later and significantly more obvious 6 months later.(3)The decrease rate of SDSS total score in NMG was significantly more obvious than DTG. Conclusion Neo Morita therapy was more efficacy in treating schizophrenia and social rehabilitation.
