摘    要:目的建立测定虎舌红总生物碱的含量测定方法。方法采用溶剂萃取酸性染料比色法测定,以去氢飞廉碱(C16H22N4O2)为对照品,溴甲酚绿为酸性染料,用氯仿萃取,检测波长418 nm。结果去氢飞廉碱在0.72~14.02 mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=19.254X-1.6247,r=0.999 5(n=5),平均回收率为101.65%,RSD为0.75%(n=5)。结论所建立方法简便、准确、选择性强。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of the total alkaloids in the root of Ardisia mamillata.Methods The content was determined by solvent extraction and acid dye colorimetiy,with Acanthoine Ruscope-ine(C16H22N4O2) as a control criterion and bromocresol green as the acid dye,and the wavelength was at 418 nm.Results Acanthoine Ruscope-ine showed a good linear relationship with absorbance when its concentration was within 0.72~14.02 mg/L. The regression equation established was Y=19.254X-1.624 7,r=0.999 5(n=5).The recovery of Acanthoine Ruscope-ine was 101.65%,RSD was 0.75%(n=5).Conclusion This method is easy,accurate and specific.
