摘    要:<正> 目前,虽然用直接法测定Vo_2max可以得到准确的数值,但这种方法需配置较贵重的仪器设备,并要求受试者竭尽全力地工作,故不易大面积测试。多年来,许多国外学者都在探讨用简便的方法推测人体的最大有氧能力,其中影响较大的是Astrand-Ryhming提出的列


MAXIMAL OXYGEN CONSUMPTION PREDICTED FROM HEART RATE AND BODY WEIGHT DURING STEP TEST
Abstract:Direct and indirect measurements of (?)O2max were taken on 55 sports fans aged 20.4±1.8 years (Group A) and on 56 athletes aged 19.7±1.9 years receiving regular training in periodical events (Group B). For indirect measurements Astrand-Rythming nomogram (step test) was used. Results were 3.17±0.27 L.min~(-1) for Group A and 3.85±0.27 L.min(-1) for Group B using the direct method, and 3.49±0.38 L.min(-1) and 4.02±0.48 L.min(-1) respectively using the indirect methed. In other words, the value obtained with the indirect method surpassed that with the direct method. The difference between the two values was 10.1±11.87% for Group A and 4.5±10.82% for Group B. Thus a multiple regression equation was established for the calculation of (?)O_2max with body weight (BW) and heart rate (HR) during step test:For Group A:(?)O_2max (L.min(-1))=1.488 + 0.0388BW(kg)-0.0049HR(beat. min(-1))For Group B:(?)O_2max(L·min(-1))=3.769 +0.0388BW(kg)-0.0192HR(beat.min(-1))Further examination of 10 subjects from Group A by means of the equation showed a significant correlation (r=0.88) between the two methods, which testifies to the proximity of the value obtained from the equation to the actual level of VO_2max.
