胺碘酮与倍他乐克联合方案治疗室性心律失常的疗效

【目的】观察胺碘酮与倍他乐克联合方案治疗室性心律失常的临床疗效。【方法】在本院治疗的室性心律失常患者195例随机分为两组，其中观察组65例（A组），对照组130例，后者又分为对照组1（B1组）和对照组2（B2组），A组给予口服胺碘酮与倍他乐克联合方案治疗，B1组单用倍他乐克治疗，B2组单用胺碘酮治疗，疗程6个月。比较两组的疗效和安全性。【结果】A组总有效率，显效率均显著高于B1组和B2组，且差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。B1组总有效率高于B2组，且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。各组间患者的临床不良反应相比较差异均无显著性。【结论】胺碘酮联合倍他乐克治疗室性心律失常较单联用药更有效，值得临床广泛应用。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol for the Treatment ofVentricular Arrhythmia

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. [Methods] Totally 195 patients with ventricular arrhythmia in our hospi- tal were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 65, group A） and control group（ n = 130, group B）. The control group was divided into control group 1（group El） and control group 2（group B2）. The observa- tion group was given oral amiodarone combined with metoprolol. Group B1 was treated with single metoprolol, while group B2 was treated with single amiodarone. The treatment duration was 6 months. The efficacy and safety were compared between two groups. [Results] The total effective rate and excellent rate in group A were markedly higher than those in group B1 and group B2, and there were significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. The total effective in group B1 was higher than that in group B2, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in clinical adverse reaction among three groups. [Conclusion] Ami- odarone combined with metoprolol for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia is more effective than single medication, and worthy of wide application.
