颈深部间隙感染的诊治

【目的】探讨颈深部间隙感染的诊断及治疗方法。【方法】回顾分析本院39例颈深部间隙感染患者的临床资料。本组39例患者均给予抗生素治疗。26例脓肿患者给予脓肿切开排脓，其中16例行负压引流。【结果】1例高龄、糖尿病患者死亡；其余38例患者均痊愈。38例患者随访半年无复发。【结论】颈深部间隙感染需积极抗炎，确诊形成脓肿者需给予积极切开排脓，采用负压引流能促进脓腔的快速愈合。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Deep Neck Space Infection

Objectivel T o exptore the diagnosis of 39 patients with deep neck space infection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All the 39 patients were given antibiotic treatment. Among all patients, 26 patients with abscess underwent the incision and drainage, including 16 patients undergoing negative pressure drainage. Results] One elderly patients with diabetes mellitus died. The remaining 38 cases were healed. No recurrence in 38 patients who were followed up for half a year was found. Conclusion]Deep neck space infection patients need active anti-inflammatory treat- ment. Patients diagnosed as deep neck abscess should be given active incision and drainage. Negative pressure drainage can promote the rapid healing of the abscess cavity.
