| 摘 要： | [目的]使用有效的护理方法减轻类风湿关节炎疼痛程度。[方法]使用＂长海痛尺＂疼痛评估法对类风湿关节炎疼痛程度进行评估,依据疼痛程度的轻重采取有效的护理。[结果]通过情志、环境、合理运动等方面的护理,患者的疼痛程度均有所减轻或改善。[结论]配合医生进行针对性的护理可以减轻患者关节疼痛,提高痛阈。
