摘    要:【目的】分析高血压脑出血患者的院前急救治疗对该疾病转归的影响。【方法】将260例高血压脑出血患者按院前是否急救,分为研究组和对照组。研究组由医院120出车现场急救,对照组由他人自行送入医院急诊科。分析总结两组患者的转归情况。【结果】研究组院前延迟时间为0.4~2.8h,对照组院前延迟1.2~10.1h,研究组院前延迟时间显著短于对照组的院前延迟时间(P〈0.05)。观察组48h病死率(5.83%)明显低于对照组病死率(11.42%)。观察组轻度神经功能缺损患者例数明显低于对照组。【结论】实施急救医疗的高血压性脑出血患者转归较其他患者好,可以有效地控制恶化程度,争取更多救治时间,降低病死率。

Abstract:Objective] To analyze the effect pf pre-hospital first aid treatment on the outcome of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods] A prospective study was used to divide 260 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage into study group and control group. The outcome of patients in two groups were analyzed and summarized. Results] The pre-hospital delay time in study group and control group was 0.4~2.8h and 1.2~10. lh, respectively. The pre-hospital delay time in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P〈0.05). The 48h-mortality in study group was obviously lower than that in control group(5.83% vs 11.42%). The number of patients with mild neurologic impairment in study group was obviously lower than that in control group. Conclusion] The outcome of patients with hypertensive intrac- erebral hemorrhage receiving emergency medical treatment is better than other patients, and can effectively control the degree of deterioration, and obtain more treatment time and reduce the mortality.
