摘    要:【目的】检测胃癌患者癌组织中趋化因子受体7(CCR7)和环氧化酶-2(cox-2)的表达及意义。【方法】检测43例胃癌患者癌组织和35例癌旁正常胃组织中CCR7mRNA和COx-2mRNA的表达情况。【结果】胃癌组织中CCR7mRNA和COX-2mRNA的表达阳性率分别为62.79%和58.14%,相对表达量分别为0.59±0.28和0.66±0.21,均明显高于癌旁正常胃组织阳性率(分别为14.29%和8.57%)和相对表达量(分别为0.13±0.05和0.09土0.01),两组比较差异均有显著性(P〈0.05)。CCR7mRNA和COX-2mRNA在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率和相对表达量均随癌细胞浸润程度的加深、临床分期的增加及淋巴结转移明显增高(P〈0.05),但与性别和肿瘤分化程度无明显相关(P〉0.05)。【结论】CCR7和COX-2在胃癌组织中高表达,可能与癌细胞的浸润与淋巴转移有关。

Abstract:[Objective] To detect the expression of chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX- 2) in gastric cancer, and to explore its significance. [Methods]Totally 43 gastric cancer tissues and 35 normal para-cancer tissues were selected as the subjects. The expression of CCR7 and COX-2 mRNA was determined. [Results] The expression rate of CCR7 and COX-2 mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer was 62. 79% and 58. 14%, respectively, and the relative expression level was 0.59±0.28 and 0.66±0.21, respectively, which were markedly higher than those in para-cancer tissues(14.29% and 8.57%, 0.13±0.05 and 0.09±0.01, respectively), and there were significant differences between two groups( P %0.05). The expression of CCR7 and COX-2 mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer was obviously increased with tumor invasion, TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis( P %0.05), but had no obvious correlation with the gender and tumor differentiation( P〉0.05). [Conclusion]The expression of CCR7 and COX-2 mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer is high, which may be associated with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis.
