摘    要:【目的】观察关节镜下膝关节灌洗清理术治疗膝关节骨关节炎(0A)的疗效。【方法】对本院收治的52例OA患者行关节镜检查及镜下关节腔冲洗清理术52例。应用VAS视觉模拟标尺法、日本骨科协会(JOA)的膝关节骨性关节炎评分系统分别于治疗前及治疗后1个月和2年进行疗效评估。【结果】与治疗前相比,治疗后1个月和2年,VAs明显下降,JOA评分明显上升,且差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。远期疗效:与治疗前比,治疗后1个月JOA评分改善率明显增加,但随着时间推移逐渐下降。【结论】关节镜下膝关节灌洗清理术治疗0A具有良好的近期疗效,但远期疗效稍差。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the efficacy of arthroseopic lavage debridement for the treatment of knee osteoarthriti (OA). Methods] Totally 52 OA patients admitted to our hospital underwent arthroscopy and endoscopic joint cavity rinse. Visual analogue scale(VAS) and knee osteoarthritis scoring system of Japa- nese orthopaedic assoeiation(JOA) were used to evaluate the efficacy before treatment and 1 month and 2 years after treatment, respectively. Results] Compared with before treatment, VAS score at 1 month and 2 years after treatment obviously decreased and JOA score obviously increased, and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05). Compared with before treatment, the improvement of JOA score 1 month after treatment obviously increased, but obviously decreased 2 years after treatment in comparison with 1 month after treatment. Conclusion]Arthroscopic knee joint lavage debridement for the treatment of knee OA has a good short-term effect, but its long-term effect is slightly poor.
