可吸收接骨板和钛板治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的临床对比研究

【目的】探讨可吸收接骨板治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的临床疗效。【方法】66例颧骨颧弓骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组患者28例，应用微型可吸收接骨板内固定，对照组患者38例，应用微型钛板内固定，比较两组内固定治疗效果及术后1～2年手术部位异物感发生率。【结果】两组内固定效果均满意，而治疗组术后1～2年手术部位异物感发生率10．7％（3／28）显著低于对照组78．9％（30／38），其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。【结论】应用可吸收接骨板内固定修复颧骨颧弓骨折可有解除患者二次手术取出钛板的痛苦。

Comparative Study of Resorbable Plate vs Titanium Plate for the Treatment of Zygoma and Zy-gomatic Arch Fracture

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of resorbable plate for the treatment of zygoma and zygomatic arch fracture. Methods] A total of 66 zygoma and zygomatic arch fracture were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ n = 28） underwent mini-resorbable plate internal fixation, while the control group（ n ： 38） underwent mini-titanium plate internal fixation. The incidence of foreign body sensation at operative site 1 ~2 years after the operation was compared between two groups. Re- sults]The incidence of foreign body sensation at operative site in treatment group at 1～2 years after the opera- tion was 10.7 % （3/28）, which was markedly lower than that in control group（78.9 %, 20/38）, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion] Resorbable plate internal fixation for repairing zygoma and zy- gomatic arch fracture can relieve the pain caused by the secondary surgery for removing titanium plate.
