重组人脑利钠肽治疗顽固性心衰的近期疗效观察

【目的】评价重组人脑利钠肽（rh-BNP）对顽固性心衰治疗的近期疗效。【方法】顽固性心衰患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例，对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗，观察组在此基础上加用rh-BNP治疗，分别观察两组治疗前、治疗后1d、3d、7d症状并同时检测血清pro-BNP，并记录治疗前和治疗后7d左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期客积（LVEDV）、左室收缩末期容积（LVESV）。【方法】观察组治疗后心衰症状明显改善（P〈0．05），且明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后1d、3d、7d血清pro-BNP逐渐下降（P〈0．05），且均明显低于同期对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后超声心动图相关指标改善优于同期对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】rh-BNP治疗顽固性心衰近期效果明显。

Observation on the Short-term Efficacy of RhBNP for the Treatment of Intractable Heart Failure

[Objective] To evaluate the short-term efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （RhBNP） for the treatment of intractable heart failure. [Methods]A total of 60 patients with intractable heart failure were randomly divided into control group（n= 30） and observation group（n= 30）. Control group re- ceived the routine therapy, while observation group additionally received rhBNP based on routine therapy. The symptoms were observed before and 1, 3 and 7d after treatment. Meanwhile, serum pro-BNP was detected. Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, left ventricular end-diastolic volume（LVEDV） and left ventricular end-systolic volume（LVESV） before and 7d after therapy were recorded. [ResultslSymptoms of observation group were improved obviously（ P 〈0.05）, and obviously better than those in control group（ P （0.05）. Se- rum pro-BNP in observation group 1, 3 and 7d after therapy decreased gradually（ P （0.05）, and was signifi- cantly lower than that in control group in the corresponding time period（ P 〈0.05）. The improvement of the indexes of ultrasoundcardiogram in observation group was better than that in control group in the correspond- ing time period（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The short-term efficacy of rhBNP for the treatment of intractable heart failure is obvious.
