MMP-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义

【目的】探讨环氧合酶-2（COX-2）蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP2）在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。【方法】采用SP免疫组织化学染色技术，检测60例胃癌石蜡组织和27例正常结肠组织中COX-2和MMP2的表达情况。【结果】COX-2和MMP-2在胃癌组织中表达明显高于正常组织（P〈0．01）；MMP-2和COX2表达在胃癌癌不同分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移中差异明显（P〈0．05），分化越低、分期越晚、发生淋巴结转移者表达越高；两种蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关（P〈0．01）。【结论】COX2与MMP-2的表达，与胃癌的侵袭和转移密切相关，联合检测COX2和MMP2表达可能有助于判定胃癌临床病理特征及预后。

Expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in Gastric Carcinoma and Its Significance

Objective] To explore the expression of cyclooxygenase（COX-2） and matrix metalloproteinas es（MMP-2） in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods]The expression of COX-2 and MMP 2 in 60 paraffin-embedded tissues of gastric carcinoma and 27 normal colon tissues were detected by SP immuno histochemical method. Results] The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in the tissues of gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissues（PG0.01）. There were significant differences in the ex pression of MMP-2 and COX 2 among different differentiation degrees, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma（ P 〈0.05）. The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 was higher in low differentiation, late stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression of COX-2 had positive correlation with the expression of MMP-2 in colon cancer（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion]The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-2 are closely related with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The combination detection of COX-2 and MMP-2 may be helpful for the evaluation of clinieopathologic features and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
