65例剖宫产手术麻醉分析

目的：探讨剖宫产硬膜外麻醉的方法，研究其临床疗效。方法把剖宫产的患者65例，随机双盲分成实验组与对照组，实验组采用硬膜外麻醉，对照组采用脊麻。对其两者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果实验组患者仰卧位低血压、Apgar评分〈5例数较对照组显著低25.28%、15.72%，而满意度较对照组显著高出19.03%；在胎儿娩出后低血压、静脉辅助无显著差异性。在VAS上，实验组较对照组平均显著低0.5分，在麻醉起效时间上，显著快0.97 min；而在运动恢复时间上，无显著差异性。结论剖宫产硬膜外麻醉临床效果显著。

Anesthesia analysis of 65 cases of cesarean sections

Objective To discuss the method of epidural anesthesia in cesarean section and study its clinical effect. Methods The 65 cases of patients were Randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with random and double blind method. The experimental group used the epidural anesthesia, The control group with the spinal anesthesia. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were analyzed by comparison. Results In terms of Supine hypotension and Apgar score〈5, the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower 25.28%and 15.72%than the patients in the control group . In term of the degree of satisfaction, the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher 19.03%than the patients in the control group. The low blood pressure after fetal childbirth and intravenous auxiliary were no significant difference. In term of the VAS, the average in the experimental group was significantly lower 0.5 points than the control group. The experimental group was significantly faster 0.97 min than the control group in anesthesia work time. There were no significant difference in sports recovery time. Conclusion The epidural anesthesia in cesarean section, its clinical effect is remarkable.
