双环醇片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗药物性肝炎的临床效果分析

目的：探讨双环醇片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗药物性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将82例药物性肝炎患者随机分为两组，每组各41例，对照组单用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊，观察组在对照组基础上加用双环醇片，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果两组治疗后AST、ALT、TBIL和GGT水平均较治疗前显著降低，观察组降低更为明显，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双环醇片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗药物性肝炎疗效确切，可促进患者肝功能恢复，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect analysis of bicyclol combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bicyclol combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis. Methods Choosing 82 drug-induced hepatitis patients and randomly dividing them into two groups, 41 cases in each group, the control group were given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule alone, the control group plus bicyclol, clinical outcomes were compared. Results The AST, ALT, TBIL and GGT levels after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group reduced more obviously, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of bicyclol combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis is significant and can promote liver function recovery with better clinical value.
