产前超声检查对胎儿先天性肺囊腺瘤畸形的诊断价值及临床预后

目的:探讨产前超声检查对胎儿先天性肺囊腺瘤畸形的诊断价值、转归及预后。方法:对产前超声诊断的16胎先天性肺囊腺瘤畸形的声像图特征进行回顾性分析,动态观察并随访妊娠结局。结果:产前超声诊断的16胎先天性肺囊腺瘤畸形,11胎经引产后病理证实,1胎随访观察病灶无明显变化,3胎病灶明显缩小,1胎病灶于孕39周前消失。典型声像图特征:胎儿胸腔内可见多个大小不等的囊肿或不规则实性强回声合性占据一侧肺或一叶肺,病灶由肺动脉供血。结论:产前超声检查对胎儿先天性肺囊腺瘤畸形的诊断及临床预后具有重要价值。

Value and clinical prognosis of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal congenital pulmonary cystic adenoma- toid malformation

Objective To investigate value, prognosis and prognostic of prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal congenital pulmonary cystic adenomatoid malformation. Method Prenatal uhrasound diagnosis of sixteen fetuses of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of lung of fetal sonographie features were analyzed retrospectively, dynamic observation and follow - up outcome of pregnancy. Results 16 fetuses were diagnosed as congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of lung, 11 fetuses were Confirmed by paiholo, 1 fetal showed no significant change by follow - up of lesions, 3 fetal lesions significantly reduced, 1 fetal lesions before 39 weeks of gestation. Typical uhrasonographic features ： irregular solid hyperechoic or cystic - solid mixed in fetal intrathoracic .occupy one lung or lobe of the lung, pulmonary artery supply lesion revascularization. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography is of great clinical value and prognosis in diagnosis of fetal congenital pulmonary Cystic adenomatoid malformation.
