| 摘 要： | 目的：观察和分析活血温经止痛法治疗32例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2009年2月～2011年11月就诊的原发性痛经中属寒凝血瘀型证患者32例作为研究对象,按患者意愿随机分为两组,治疗组口服少腹逐瘀汤随证加减,对照组口服芬必得布洛芬缓释胶囊,连续观察6个月经周期。结果：治疗组16例,治愈6例,显效4例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率为93.8%;对照组16例,治愈2例,显效3例,好转7例,无效4例,总有效率为75.0%。两组间存在显著差异,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：活血温经止痛法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经有显著疗效,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe and analysis the clinical efficacy of shaofu zhuyu decoction in treating dysmenorrheal on 32 primary dysmenorrheal cases.Method:32 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal were divided into the treatment group of shaofu zhuyu decoction and the control group of Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules.Result:The treatment group has 6 cases cured,4 cases excellent,5 cases improved,1 case not improved.The effective rate was 93.8%.The control group has 2 cases cured,3 cases excellent,7 cases improved,4 case not improved.The effective rate was 75.0%.Conclusion:Shaofu zhuyu decoction has a good efficacy in treating primary dysmenorrheal of blood-stasis of cold-coagulation syndrome. |
