阿昔洛韦联合激光在带状疱疹中的疗效研究

目的研究阿昔洛韦联合激光在带状疱疹中的疗效。方法选取我院皮肤科2010年1月—2011年10月间入院治疗的108例带状疱疹患者,按照是否采用联合激光治疗将这108例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例。针对治疗组,要求患者服用阿昔洛韦,每日5次,每次200mg,同时采用氦氖激光治疗仪进行照射治疗。针对对照组,要求患者仅单纯服用阿昔洛韦,5次/d,200mg/次,14d后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价和比较分析。结果两组患者经过治疗以后的结果为治疗组的总有效率为98.1%,对照组的总有效率为79.6%,治疗组的效果明显优于对照组,且P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论阿昔洛韦联合激光在带状疱疹中的疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。

The research of the effect for Acyclovir and laser in the treatment of herpes zoster

Objective To study the effect for Acyclovir and laser in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 108 hospitalized patients with herpes zoster in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 were chosen.They were randomly divided into the treatment group of 54 cases and the control group 54 cases.in accordance with whether taking joint laser treatment.The treatment group was taken with acyclovir,5 times a day,each 200mg,while taking the use of helium neon laser treatment for radiation treatment.For the control group,patients were required to take only a simple acyclovir,5 times a day,each 200mg.14 days later,the therapeutic effect for the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results The results after treatment for the two groups of patients:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.1%,and the total effective rate for the control group was 79.6%,.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05,the differences were statistically significance.Conclusion The effect of acyclovir combined laser is significant,has a high clinical application and promotional value.
