西部民族地区创新型护理人才培养模式初探

摘    要:目的探讨西部民族地区创新型护理人才培养模式。方法选择2007级和2008级护理本科班308名学生,随机分为对照组(2007级123人)和实验组(2008级185人)。对照组采用传统护理教学模式,实验组采用以创新型护理人才培养模式,即通过对护理学创新性课堂教学的教学目标、程序设计、基本策略和评价改革的研究,促进护生创新性学习,从而获得可持续发展的学习能力,使护生身心得到和谐发展。比较教学效果。结果实验组学生对改革模式持肯定态度;实验组学生的课程考核成绩、实习医院选拔明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西部民族地区运用创新型护理人才培养模式切实可行,能明显促进该地区护理人才的培养。

Abstract:Objective Innovative areas of care in Western National Training Mode.Methods Select 2007 and 2008 the 307 undergraduate nursing students in class were randomly divided into control group(2007 123) and experimental group(2008 184).Control group used traditional nursing teaching mode,the experimental group to adopt innovative nursing training mode,that is,through innovative teaching nursing teaching objectives,program design,evaluation strategy and the reform of basic research and promote innovative learning nursing students,to achieve sustainable development,learning ability,so that the harmonious development of body and mind nursing students.Comparison of teaching effectiveness.Results Experimental group of students hold a positive attitude towards the reform model;Experimental group of test results,research awareness and teaching hospital than the control group selection(P<0.01).Conclusion Innovative use of Western National Area Training Mode practical nursing,nursing care can significantly promote the training of personnel in the region.
