摘    要:目的:探讨Neuropilin-1(NRP -1)mRNA在繁殖适龄期小鼠动情周期间以及不同周龄阶段小鼠卵巢中的表达.方法:选用繁殖适龄期不同动情周期小鼠以及不同周龄阶段小鼠,通过实时定量聚合酶链反应检测其卵巢中NRP -1 mRNA的表达.结果:NRP -1在小鼠不同动情周期卵巢中的表达在mRNA水平差异无显著性(P > 0.05).比较其mRNA在不同周龄阶段小鼠卵巢的中表达显示,近绝育期32周组表达水平显著高于其他组:为3周组的2.94倍(P < 0.01),6周组的4.92倍(P < 0.01),11周组的2.29倍(P < 0.01).而其他各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05).结论:NRP -1 mRNA在小鼠卵巢中的表达不随动情周期而改变,且随着卵巢生理功能的下降而显著升高,提示NRP -1与卵巢衰老进程有关.

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of neuropilin-1(NRP-1) mRNA in mouse ovaries during estrous cycle and different age stages.Method Real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of NRP-1 mRNA in mouse ovaries during estrous cycle and different age stages.Results There was no difference of NRP-1 expression in ovary among estrous cycles(P > 0.05).However,there were significant differences among the different age stages.The NRP-1 mRNA in ovary in penuriously functional stage(32 weeks)was significantly higher than that in other stages,which was 2.94 times in 3 weeks(P < 0.01),4.92 times in 6 weeks(P < 0.01),and 2.29 times in 11 weeks(P < 0.01).Conclusion The level of NRP-1 mRNA in mouse ovary didn’t change among the estrous cycles,while it significantly increase when ovarian function decrease,which indicate that NRP-1 play an important role in the process of ovarian aging.
