剖宫产术后康复治疗临床分析

目的：探讨产后康复治疗对剖宫产术后促进产妇泌乳、子宫复旧、排气、排尿方面的临床效果。方法：应用康复综合治疗仪进行治疗，并选择同期未用辅助治疗的100例剖宫产患者作为对照组，观察两组产妇泌乳、子宫复旧、排气、排尿方面的临床效果。结果：使用康复综合治疗仪治疗的剖宫产患者，泌乳率、泌乳量和术后子宫复旧程度明显优于对照组，术后肛门排气时间及拔除尿管后排尿时间与对照组比较显著缩短。结论：剖宫产后应用康复综合治疗仪能有效解除产妇痛苦，促进产妇产后康复，是一种安全、有效的康复辅助治疗，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of cesarean section after rehabilitation treatment

Objective： To investigate the post-natal rehabilitation therapy on the promotion of maternal lactation after cesarean section, uterine involution, venting, urinating in clinical effects. Methods： Comprehensive therapeutic apparatus rehabilitation treatment,and choose lO0 cases of cesarean section in patients as a control group who did not use adjuvant therapy in the same period ,and observed maternal lactation, uterine involution, venting, urinating in clinical effects. Results：The cesarean section patients used comprehensive rehabilitation therapeutic equipment were significantly better than the control group in lactation rates, lactation and post-operative uterine involution,and compared with control group significantly shorter in postoperative anal exhaust time and voidiug time of catheter removal. Conclusion： The cesarean section after the application of a comprehensive rehabilitation treatment instrument can be a valid discharge of maternal suffering and the promotion of maternal postpartum recovery,is a safe and effective rehabilitation services and treatment, worthy to be popularized.
