强力宁对过敏性紫癜患者T细胞亚群改变的干预作用

目的 探讨强力宁对过敏性紫癜患者T淋巴细胞亚群改变的干预作用。方法 采用流式细胞仪对60例过敏性紫癜患者及35名作为正常对照组的健康体检者行T细胞亚群检测。60例患者随机分为2组:治疗组每日用强力宁注射液80-100ml静脉滴注,共2周;对照组每日用雷尼替丁0.15-0.2g静脉滴注,疗程同治疗组。治疗后所有患者再行T细胞亚群检测。结果 (1)治疗前过敏性紫癜患者血CD3 ,CD4 T细胞百分数及CD4 /CD8 比值均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。(2)治疗后治疗组CD3 ,CD4 细胞百分数及CD4 /CD8 比值均明显升高,与对照组相比差异具有显著(P<0.05)。结论 过敏性紫癜患者存在细胞免疫功能失调,强力宁对其具有免疫调节作用。

The Intervention of potenline on the change of T-cell subsets in patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura

Objective To explore the intervention of potenline on the change of T-cell subsets in patients with Henoch-schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods The T-cell subgroups in 60 patients with HSP and 35 healthy individuasl as the mormal controls were determined by flow cytometry.80-100ml of potenline was injected into veins of the treatment group and the controls were treated by Ranitidine (0.15-0.2g) daily for two weeks. T-cell subgroups in all patients with HSP were detected again after treatment. Results ( 1 )The average percentages of CD3 ,CD4 cells and the CD4 /CD8 ratio in patients with HSP before treatment were obviously lower than those in the normal controls (P<0.01 ).(2)Those in patients of the treatment group were increased markedly after treatment. There was significant difference of them between the treatment group and the controls(P<0.05). Conclusion The cell immune function of patients with HSP is abnormal and potenline may regulate it.
