新斯的明术后镇痛的临床观察

目的:研究新斯的明是否具有镇痛作用,同时对其用于硬膜外镇痛的安全性和有效性进行评价,为其可能应用于临床术后镇痛提供实验及理论依据。方法:采用完全随机设计。随机选择例拟行腰段硬膜外麻醉的病人,按实验分组予以32不同的镇痛配方,记录相应指标。结果:各组均未发生严重的副反应,对照组和各实验组的疼痛评分有显著差异。结论:新斯的明应用于硬膜外腔有镇痛作用,且、的剂量能提供相对较好的镇痛作用,副反应发生率极低。0.5 mg1 mg

Clinical study of postoperative pain relief using neostigmine

Objective: To research neostigmine whether it has analgesic effect. At the same time, to value the clinical efficacy and safety of epidural analgesia using neostigmine. This can offer experimental and theoretical data for epidural analgesia using neostigmine on postoperative patients. Methods: Thirty-three patients were randomly and double-blind entered into four groups. Give each subject the analgesic liquid as required. Record vital signs, VAS grade, side effects. Results: No severe side effects are found in each patient. The VAS grade 24h after operation: Group D>Group C>Group A>Group B. Between Group A , Group B and Group C , Group D ,there was significant difference. Conclusion: Epidural neostigmine can provide analgesia in some degree. Neostigmine 0.5mg and 1mg produce better analgesia effect than 1.5mg and normal saline, besides, the incidence of side effect was lower. All above indicate that neostigmine can be used with other analgesics for more comfortable analgesia with less side effect.
