腹透患者左心室的结构功能与Q-T离散度关系的探讨

摘    要:目的了解持续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者左心室的结构、功能与Q-T离散度(Q-Td)的关系。方法测量Q-Td、校正的Q-T离散度(Q-Tcd),用心脏彩超测量左心室的结构、功能。结果CAPD患者左心室的结构和功能、Q-Td、Q-Tcd与正常对照组比较差异有显著性,CAPD患者的左心室结构及射血分数与Q-Tcd显著相关。结论腹透患者Q-Td的异常与左心室结构、功能的改变有关,左心室肥厚是导致Q-Td异常的一个重要因素,测量Q-Tcd可间接反映腹透患者的左心室状况。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between QT dispersion(QTd) of the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) patients and the left ventricular structure and function.Method 12-lead ECGs were recorded,and Q-Td and corrected Q-Td(Q-Tcd) were analyzed.The left ventricular structure and function was measured with echocardiography.Results There are significant differences in Q-Td,Q-Tcd and the left ventricular structure and function between the CAPD patients and the control group.There is a significant correlation between Q-Tcd in the CAPD patients and the left ventricular structure and systolic function.Conclusion Abnormal Q-Td of the CAPD patients relates to the change of the left ventricular structure and function.Left ventricular hypertrophy is one of the important factors that cause abnormal Q-Td.Measurement of Q-Tcd may indirectly reflect the condition of the left ventricle.
