原发性高血压伴冠心病患者心率震荡的变化及临床意义

目的观察原发性高血压伴冠心病患者窦性心率震荡变化,探讨其临床意义。方法选择2008～2011年于我院进行24h动态心电图检查患者,其中单纯性原发性高血压者45例及冠心病者40例;原发性高血压伴冠心病者40例及健康对照者40例,均检出有室性早搏,并计算出TO及TS等指标。结果原发性高血压伴冠心病组TO和TS均较健康对照组低(P<0.05);与单纯性原发性高血压组或冠心病组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压伴冠心病患者窦性心律震荡现象明显减弱,更易发生恶性心脏事件。

Clinical significance and change of heart rate turbulence in patients with primary hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the sinus rhythm turbulence of patients with primary hypertension and coronary heart disease and explore the clinical significance.Methods Patients checked by 24h dynamic electrocardiogram were chosen from 2008 to 2011 in our hospital,including simple primary hypertension(45 cases),coronary heart disease(40 cases),primary hypertension and coronary heart disease(40 cases) and healthy controls(40 cases).All the cases were detected ventricular extrasystoles and calculated TO and TS index.Results The TO and TS index of primary hypertension and coronary heart disease group were lower than the other three group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sinus rhythm turbulence of patients with primary hypertension and coronary heart disease is weakens obviously.Patients are more prone to malignant cardiac events.
