多层螺旋CT脑血管造影的临床应用价值

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT脑血管造影(CTA)的临床应用价值.方法 利用16层螺旋CT对28例临床怀疑脑血管疾病的患者做脑血管增强扫描,采用VR、MIP和MPR后处理技术重建脑血管图像.结果 正常11例,异常17例,其中血管变异8例,动脉瘤4例,脑动静脉畸形1例,脑动脉狭窄4例.结论 多层螺旋CT的CTA检查它较普通螺旋CT快捷、更安全；对怀疑脑动脉狭窄的脑梗死患者进行筛查及临床治疗方案的制定有重要的指导作用；对于血管疾病的诊断以及治疗后疗效观察提供极大的帮助.

The clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography

Objective To explore the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography.Methods 28 patients who were suspected cerebrovascular disease were taken cerebrovascular enhanced scan by 16-slice spiral CT,and VR,MIP and MPR post-processing were uset to reconstruct the cerebrovascular image.ResultsIn 28 patients,11 cases were normal,17 cases were abnormal,and among these patients there were 8 cases of abnormal blood vessels,4 cases of aneurysms,1 case of cerebral arteriovenous malformation,4 cases of cerebral artery stenosis.Conclusion The multi-slice CT compared with ordinary spiral CT had the advantage of faster and more secure.It had an important role in guiding the screening and clinical treatment programs in cerebral infarction patients with suspected cerebral artery stenosis.It had a lot of advantages in diagnosis vascular disease and clinical observation after treatment.
