老年人血压变异与心脑血管疾病的相关性分析

目的 了解老年人群血压变异与心脑血管疾病的相关性.方法 对非高血压老年人133例进行24h动态血压监测,并分析24h、白昼、夜晚收缩压变异与舒张压变异,根据变异程度考察其冠心病、心律失常、高脂血症的发生率.结果 老年人24h、白昼、夜晚收缩压变异标准差与舒张压变异标准差大于正常值上限的心律失常、冠心病与高脂血症的发生率显著高于以上数值在正常值范围内的老年人(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 非高血压老年人血压变异与心脑血管疾病有相关性,血压变异可作为判断此类人群心血管疾病的发病及预后的重要危险因素.

Study on the correlation of elderly blood pressure variability and heart and cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To find out the correlation of elderly blood pressure variability and heart and cerebro- vascular diseases. Methods 133 cases of non-hypertensive elderly accepted the 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, the 24 hours, day, night systolic blood pressure variability and diastolic blood pressure variation were ana- lyzed, and incidence of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia,hyperlipidemia were investigated according to the degree of variation. Results The incidence of arrhythmia, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia of the elderly which 24 hours, day ,night systolic blood pressure variation standard deviation or diastolic blood pressure variation standard de- viation were greater than the upper limit of normal were significantly higher than the elderly whose value within the normal range （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Elderly non-hypertensive blood pressure variability and cardio- vascular and cerebrovascular diseases have significant contact, blood pressure variability can be as important risk factors which determine the pathogenesis and prognosis of cardiovascular disease in this population.
