| 摘 要： | 目的:在湖北省潜江地区建立脑血管病防治预警系统并观察其作用。方法:筛选湖北省潜江地区脑血管病高危人群2631例,按生活习惯、地理位置、诊治要求分为干预组1316例及对照组1315例,启动脑血管病防治预警系统,对干预组进行脑血管病危险因素的综合防治及规范化治疗,对照组按自然状态生活。结果:干预组2008年脑血管病发病率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:建立脑血管病预警系统,对脑血病危险因素进行综合防治是降低脑血管病发病率的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop a pre-warning system for stroke and enhance it's application in Qianjiang city of Hubei province.Methods:In Qianjiang 2631 people at a high risk for stroke were recruited and divided into the treatment group(n=1316) and control group(n=1315).The pre-warning system for stroke was started and the risk factors for stroke in the participants in the treatment group were analyzed and controlled in normal ranges,while the risk factors in the control group remained untreated.Results:The inciden... |
