前置胎盘合并胎盘植入13例临床分析

目的　了解前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的危险因素及对母婴的影响。方法　对我院 1 995 -0 1～ 2 0 0 2-1 2间分娩的 60 5 6例产妇中 ,98例前置胎盘和其中 1 3例合并胎盘植入患者的孕周 ,胎盘位置、产妇年龄、妊娠次数、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分等指标进行统计分析。结果　在 60 5 6例中 ,前置胎盘发生率为1 6% ,合并胎盘植入占前置胎盘的 1 3 2 %。经统计分析表明 ,前置胎盘与胎盘植入有相关关系 ,相对危险度为 2 2 9 86,其 95 %可信区间为 1 46 3 6～ 3 86 5 6。结论　前置胎盘与胎盘植入有相关关系 ,中央型前置胎盘及3次以上妊娠为胎盘植入的高危因素。

Clinical Analysis of Placenta Previa and Its Embed of 13 Cases

Objective To study the risk factors of placenta previa and its embed and its affection for mother and child. Methods The data of 13 cases of placenta previa and its embed in 98 cases of PP were analyzed in pregnant weeks, age, pregnant times, placenta location, bleeding and apgar score from 1995 to 2002. Results The occurrence of placenta previe rate was 1.6% and combined its embed rate was 13.2%. The placenta had relative relationship with its embed. The relative risk degree was 229.86. The 95% believable region was 146.36～386.56. Conclusion The placenta had relative relationship with its embed especially in central type and more than 3 times pregnant.
