消化性溃疡T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及与幽门螺旋菌感染关系的研究

对６６例消化性溃疡外周血、部分组织中的Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群和幽门螺旋菌（ＨＰ）进行了同步检测。结果表明，胃、十二指肠溃疡患者外周血ＣＤ_３、ＣＤ_４、ＣＤ_４／ＣＤ_８较正常对照组降低，溃疡活动组和ＨＰ阳性组降低得更为明显。溃疡边缘组织中ＣＤ_３、ＣＤ_４显色细胞较非溃疡部位明显增加。提示消化性溃疡存在Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群紊乱，可能与溃疡病活动及ＨＰ感染有关。

THE CHANGES OF T-LYMPHOCYTE SUBPOPULATIONS AND HP INFECTION IN PEPTIC ULCER

The T-lymphocyte subpopulations in peripheral blood and in gastric mucosa were observed in 66 patients with peptic ulcer (31 with gastric ulcer, 35 with duodenal ulcer) and in 30 normal controls,the gastric mucosa Helicobacter Pylori (HP) were determined upon these subjects simultaneously. The result showed that the decrease of peripheral blood CDs, CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio was significant (P<0.05) in peptic ulcer, and this decrease was more significant in the active ulceration stage and in HP infection condition. The number of T-lymlihocyte subpopulations distributed in the gastric mucosa near crater were more than that of in normal gastric mucosa. It is concluded that there exsists obvious T-l ymphocyte subpopulations disorder which may be related to the ulceration activity and HP infection.
