| 摘 要： | 目的]探索一氧化氮和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)与老年性白内障(SC)发病的关系。方法]应用硝酸盐还原法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法分别检测128例SC患者以及100例健康老年人血清NO含量和T-SOD活力。结果]SC患者血清NO含量较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01);SC患者血清SOD水平较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论]血清NO含量升高、血清SOD活力降低与老年性白内障发病有联系。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the relationship of nitric oxide (NO)and superoxide dismutase (SOD) with the pathogenesis of cataract.Methods]Using nitric acid reductase method and xanthine oxidase method,the levels of NO and T-SOD in sera obtained from 128 senile cataract patients and 100 senile normal volunteers were determined.Results]The levels of NO in serum of senile cataract group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01).The levels of SOD in serum of senile cataract patients were much lower than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion]The levels of NO and T-SOD are related to the pathogenesis of catarat. |
